Reserving a car on this website is an enquiry, not a purchase. No money is taken online and no contract of sale is formed. We will contact you to confirm availability, arrange a viewing and agree terms. A contract exists only once you and we sign a written order.
We hold a reserved car for a reasonable period while we speak to you. If we cannot reach you we may make it available again.
We describe every car as accurately as we can, including mileage, service history and — where it applies — insurance write-off category. Photographs show the actual vehicle. Specifications are taken from manufacturer data and the vehicle's own documents; occasional errors happen, and if you spot one we will correct it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a car we sell you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery, and rights to repair or replacement after that.
If you buy entirely at a distance — without visiting us — the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the vehicle. Rights differ if you view the car in person before buying.
If you cancel a distance purchase, you are responsible for the cost of returning the vehicle to us at 91-97 Liverpool Street, Salford, M5 4LG. We tell you this here, before you buy, because we are required to: if we did not, that cost would fall on us. Nothing in this paragraph limits your separate right to reject a faulty car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where we bear the cost of collection.
Monthly figures shown on this website are illustrations, not quotations. They are calculated on a representative APR and assumed deposit and term, and they are not an offer of credit. Your actual rate depends on your circumstances and a lender's decision.
You may browse and share our listings. You may not scrape the site, republish our photographs or descriptions commercially, or submit enquiries you do not mean. We may withdraw a listing or correct a price at any time before a contract is signed; an incorrectly priced car does not oblige us to sell at that price.

If you are not satisfied you can refer the matter to The Motor Ombudsman. Complaints about a regulated credit agreement can be taken to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
